Description

The historic central square of Munich (Marienplatz) in a fisheye view (fulldome) at night. The time-exposure image has captured star trails (rotation of the sky) and the International Space Station, the prominent trail, while flying about 400km above Europe at the time. The short trail near zenith is a flaring Iridium satellite. Click on the second photo to see this in a short exposure where only a few stars appear in the city sky. © Babak Tafreshi
