It was a night like many other during my one-year residency in Antarctica. I walked at a slow pace so that the snow particles didn’t hit my eyes directly. Then I stopped. I saw the image I imagine. The moonlight made that landscape palette of colors. As the minutes passed, it became more noticeable that our natural satellite was Rising, What to say about the brand new night sky; Contemplating the center of our galaxy – the Milky Way – makes us think with more humility of the place we occupy in this colossal Universe.
