Partial Lunar Eclipse

The partial lunar eclipse of 2010 Jun 26 is captured in a series of photos each 5 minutes apart and this multi-exposure stacked image result shows how the Full Moon above a forest in British Columbia gradually enters the Earth shadow. The photographer’s horizon was not clear enough to see more of the partial eclipse before the Moon sets behind the trees.
