Moon Over the Sacred Mountain

Legend states people were saved by tying a rope from their canoe to this peak, Vetter Peak, in order to wait for the water to recede in the Great Flood in the past. Nisga’a Nation of British Columbia calls this peak one of their sacred mountains.
