Moon, Galaxy, and Space Station

In this early morning sky the Moon illuminates the landscape as the Milky Way rises above a natural attraction site in the Alborz mountain range of Iran. As noted by the photographer “But suddenly a bright point of light appeared from top of the mountain and continued its way across the sky. It was the International Space Station orbiting the planet from the distance of only 400 km.”
