Meteors Above Peyto Lake

As seen on the National Geographic News during the peak of Perseid meteor shower, TWAN photographer was located in the World Heritage Banff National Park, overlooking Peyto Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in the Canadian Rocky. This lucky shot captured a bright meteor and a fainter one on the right edge of the image.
