Description

Panoramic view of aurora borealis, the Northern Lights, with a fisheye projection, photographed on top of Kaunispaa hill in Finnish Lapland. From the photographer: “The aurora was visible for most of the night as a huge arc going from northeast to southwest. To the east planet Venus and the Pleiades are visible just above the clouds. This April night had already a long twilight at this far northern latitude (about 69° N), the beginning of so-called Blue Nights.”
