Fireball over a World Heritage Village

A bright Perseid meteor over an ancient village in China. From the photographer: “During August 10-13 for the Perseid meteor shower I traveled to Anhui province but due to the influence of typhoon, I had to drive more than 1200 km to find clear sky, finally at the world heritage site of HongCun village. Documenting the traditional Chinese architecture under stars was my goal.”
