Autumn Dream in the Nebrodi Mountains

From the photographer: “As if in an autumn dream, I walk along the paths of the Nebrodi Mountains! The moon is high in the sky, illuminating the sky with a soft blue hue. In front of me, triangular-shaped trees stand out against the horizon, red with leaves still hanging from their slender branches. Above them, the stars of the constellations Orion and Taurus shine with a particularly intense glow thanks to the cool, clear atmosphere, imbued with the scent of the forest. The light in the sky is so beautiful and transparent that even the nebulae reveal their soft magenta glow. Everything stands still on this night that envelops us as if in a dream world.

Secondary photo: Reflections on the placid waters of Lake Biviere in Cesarò, where a play of reflections transforms the scene into an evocative double world. The stars are precisely mirrored in the dark, calm surface of the lake, revealing the chromatic nuances that characterise the stars.”
