Description

A wonderful but very cold winter evenings in Sweden when the rare Nacreous clouds appeared over an old windmill in Vallentuna. Polar stratospheric clouds (PSCs), also known as nacreous clouds, are clouds in the winter polar stratosphere at altitudes of 15,000–25,000 meters. They are implicated in the formation of ozone holes.
