Arches is one of my favorite places and the birthplace of my particular astro/landscape photography. Sometimes I’ve resorted to compositing background and foreground, but I don’t feel badly about it. It’s the only way to capture the stunning sky without blurring the equally stunning landscape. I love this image, Wally.
