Observing in the Middle of the Carpathians

From the photographer: “About 20 Romanian amateur astronomers gather, each year, for an astronomical camp under very dark skies. The camp is called Astromania and this year we went the Lotrului mountains, at Valea Frumoasei. The 40cm Dobsonian is ready for observation, while some meters way someone is setting up his equatorial mount for astrophotography.”
