Description

A photo composite of multiple exposures. From the photographer: “After enduring tears and toil, I successfully captured this photograph above the Kukulkan Temple within the Chichen Itza World Heritage Site in Mexico. I can hardly fathom the awe-inspiring sight of witnessing and photographing this breathtaking solar eclipse right above the pyramid. After meticulously planning for over two months and dedicating three full days of hard work to reach this point for the October Annular solar eclipse, I successfully captured this photograph above the Mayan temple known as Kukulkan in Chichen Itza, Mexico. I used a composite technique, primarily a mylar filter, to achieve this image.”
