The Galaxy in the backdrop of lights, taken near midnight in the shortest night of the year (Summer Solstice) from Point Penmarch lighthouse at the Atlantic Ocean shore of Brittany, France. From the photographer: “The Milky Way seems to emerge from the lighthouse. It rises up to Cygnus.
