Fisheye View From Stockholm Old Town
Description
A 360-degree circular night panorama from Stockholm old town, the World Heritage Site of Gamla Stan. The long exposure image of over an hour is made from a timelapse sequence of short exposures. Even in the light polluted city sky this method reveals many stars trailing with the Earth rotation. At top is the north star Polaris and the Swedish Academy, home to the Nobel Museum.

Amazing picture.I was wondering how you were able to get the polar star through the well. Also you mentioned “a timelapse sequence of short exposures”. While I shoot timelapes, I keep an interval of 20-22 sec between the shots. In this case you mean you had larger intervals so that you could get streaks in individual shots? kindly give some input, so that I can improve my learning.
