Description

A remote road in the Kimberley, Western Australia, stretches towards the south-western night sky as stars trail overhead in this long time exposure. The Baobab (Boab) trees are illuminated by moonlight and are reminiscent of the African counterparts. Baobab is a native to Madagascar, mainland Africa and Australia. It is a long lived and very distinctive tree, with some Baobab trees growing to enormous size and living to be several centuries old.
