A Winter Night of Saarland

Winter stars from the constellation Orion (left), to Taurus (right) stand above Siersburg Castle in Germany. Note the beautiful Pleiades star cluster at the upper right. Not far from the historic town of Saarlouis, the 12th century castle was built to control the old trade route along Saar river.
