Description

From the photographer: “We drove 200km to be near the Alentejo coast, in Melides, to avoid the clouds which were spread all over the country and had a clear view near the Atlantic Ocean. It was cloudy and a bit hazy but fortunately I finally get a nice first view after C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-Atlas emerge from the Sun’s glare. It was tough to find it, only around 19h30 it starts to be visible but not yet with naked eye. I think it worth the efforts. Upcoming days could reveal an even more spectacular show, as comet increases altitude. Let’s pray to get the clouds away.”
