Zodiac Light over Dachstein Mountain

From the photographer: “This photo has been taken at one of the most famous mountains in the middle of Austria – on the “Hoher Dachstein” – 2995m. The Region Hallstadt – Dachstein is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. It was a very dry and dark night – I have never seen the Zodiac Light so bright and clear since 30 years! The Zodiac Light was even brighter than the Milky Way – and in the middle of the glory, Venus!
