When Artist Begins

From the photographer: “Similar to when an artist begins with his new masterpiece, also aurora starts from nowhere, and then it hits suddenly. This is what I luckily captured on Feb. 9th, 2022, over Tromsø, Norway’s higher snowed mountains. The sky illuminated by moonlight was just bright blue, covered by moving clouds, when suddenly and very quickly aurora literally impacted in it without any warnings. And what followed then, is just hard to describe – truly unforgettable show! Click the second photo to see another view of this scene.”
