The Majestic Red Sprite

From the photographer: “Red sprites come in all shapes and sizes but they are rarely seen with the naked eye because they happen so quickly. The best tool to use to capture their beauty is a camera. Technical details: I used a modified Canon T3 camera with a 50mm lens set at F/1.8 with continuous exposures of 1 second at iso 6400
