The Last Stars

From the photographer: “I wanted a photo showing how the stars look just before sunrise I took some examples the previous morning and timed this shot to show the stars about 10 minutes before they disappear in the morning glow. The constellation of Crux is easy to recognize in the top right of the photo as well as Alpha and Beta Centauri. About 10 minutes after the shot was taken the stars were no longer visible to the naked eye.”
