Description

Two skygazers observe the clear sky over Masca gorge in the northwest corner of the island of Tenerife. For many years Masca was a place poorly communicated and rarely visited so it was a hideout for pirates. In addition to the Milky Way and prominent celestial objects as the Pleiades cluster and Andromeda galaxy, on the left the zodiacal Light can be distinguished as a faintly glowing band.
