Description

A photo composite of multiple exposures. From the photographer: “I took this picture in the north face of Alborz elevations, the place located on the south coast of the Caspian Sea in Iran. 20 years ago, when I traveled to this place for the first time, it was one of the greatest places for astrophotography and sky gazing. By the way, this place was a habitat of many species such as brown bear, leopard, and forset cat. Unfortunately by growth of the tourism industry and lack of knowledge and mine construction, this place is on the verge of extinction of species. Nowadays, with urbanization and the presence of anthropogenic and artificial light in this place, there’s no sign of stars and starry night as I saw 20 years ago.”
