Description

Fisheye view of almost annular eclipse of the sun from Beris port, one of the oceanic ports of Iran located on the northern coast of the Oman Sea, on 21 June 202. The photo shows the Maximum eclipse moments with 97.7% magnitude but because of no solar filter used to reveal the foreground the solar ring would have been overexposed, therefore I used HDR technique to merge several exposures. One of the most important features of Beris Port is its unique extrusions in the range of rocky cliffs with 90 meters’ height scenery recorded from pier with view of fishing boats and hand-built Lenj fishing boats. The skills of building and sailing these boats are recorded in 2011 as a UNESCO intangible cultural World Heritage.
