Shoot for the Moon

From the photographer: “One evening while photographing the beautiful sunset and the young crescent moon, an airplane started to make an approach straight towards it and I captured this image.  I live about 40 miles east of San Francisco International airport and the combination of the moon, vibrant sunset, and airplane, made for a memorable moment for me.”
