Scorpio's Tale

From the photographer: “This dream is in El Saltito, a few kms from La Paz, Baja California, behind a mountain that shields its night from the city lights. Even with the crescent moon (56%) and the light of the next day peeking through, it is possible to see the Milky Way across the entire sky with the naked eye. It is like a good dream. In my last shot of the night, the thistles unperturbed as Scorpion enters the Underworld and Coromuel, the pirate wind, rages from the south.”
