Pura Segara Ulun Danu Batur Milkyway

From the photographer: “Who doesn’t know Bali? A place with the most interest for tourists to visit in the world. Can not be separated from its charm both day and night. Just like me when visiting a location located in the north of Bali. Kintamani is a mountainous location and has a large caldera and lake. I visited a Hindu place of worship called Pura Segara Ulun Danu Batur at night and asked permission from the people who were there and then wore a cloth to wear when entering the temple area. At that time the atmosphere there was quite dark and very quiet, very suitable for photographing the stretch of the Milkyway which leads directly behind the temple towards Abang Mount. I’m quite happy with the result.”
