From the photographer: “You may spot the recently deceased Tiangong 1 at the center of the image raising near Regulus (Alfa Leonis) yet unaware of its forthcoming fate. A necrópolis of ancient 10th century tombs carved in stone stared at it as perhaps foreshadowing its death less than two years later.”
