Obelisk and Conjunction

From the photographer: “The four planets (from top to bottom at right): Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, and Mars were rising together 1-hour before sunrise. Uranus should be somewhere just above Venus, but cannot been seen in this photo. The obelisk of John Logan Campbell on the left reminds us the history and conflict between the Maori and other New Zealanders.”
