Description

Far beyond the Roques de Garcia, a lava flow formation, the Pico del Teide, a 500,000 years old volcano, shines gently under the Moon. Teide is a World Heritage Site in Tenerife Island of Spain. At 3718m above sea level, and approximately 7500 m above the floor of the Atlantic Ocean, Teide is the highest mountain in Spain and the highest point in the Atlantic Ocean.
