Description

HDR composite of two exposures. From the photographer: “Can you find the intruder in this picture? Well, it’s not difficult! In fact it was very difficult to find the right place to be able to capture the ashen moon as it set over the city of Ispica. It was really complicated and to find the right shot I had to walk through at least two private fields until I climbed over the olive trees that obstructed the view of the town. In the image the Moon is setting to the right of the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Below it is possible to observe the convent of Santa Maria di Gesù.”

Technical details: Canon 6d, Sigma 150-600mm, f/5.6, 1 sec, iso 1600, HDR for the landscape @iso 100
