Moon and Jupiter
Description
The bright “star” rising below the nearly full moon in this view from Hungary, is bright planet Jupiter near its opposition or closest distance from the Earth (and its brightest in our sky). Jupiter is always bright but it looks a little brighter than usual during its opposition (opposition take place when the Earth go between Jupiter and the sun every 13 months).
