Milky Way over a Tibetan House

From the photographer: “The milky way is over a Tibetan house. Cassiopeia, Cepheus, and Cygnus are visible in this part of the autumn milky way. In west of Sichuan province, China, there are many Tibetans. Tibetan villages are far from the light pollution of big cities, and they have high elevations, good transparency of the atmosphere. So on a clear night, people in these villages can see the spectacular starry sky. This picture was taken in Xinduqiao town.”
