Milky Way Bridge

From the photographer: “Spectacular panoramic image of the Milky Way setting over the Pacific Ocean. It “acts” as a bridge between the telescope and the Magellanic Clouds. The image was taken at ESO Paranal observatory, In Chile’s dry Atacama desert, and covers an area of the sky from Andromeda to Octant constellations. The dome on the right side of the image is the VLT UT1 (Antu) telescope.”
