From the photographer: “A Lyrid meteor streaks through the Milky Way above the White Mountains of California. During the time exposure, Astrophotographer Tony Rowell briefly illuminated an old mining cabin at over 10,000 feet in the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest.”
