Description

A photo composite of multiple exposures. From the photographer: “I’ve never seen a total moon eclipse before and this year I wanted to make sure I will get to see it. So I checked several locations where I could fly and witness it and just 2 days before, I decided Tenerife was my best option.

The weather was great and I got to see the whole eclipse without one single cloud but what surprised me the most, was how dark it got during the full stage, I was not expecting to see and photograph the eclipsed moon with the Milky Way.”

Technical details: Stacking of 20 photos 10.0 sec @ f/2.8 and ISO 3200 with StarryLandscape Stacker and Photoshop, Lens: Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM
