From the photographer: “The Lunar Eclipse and Mars over the city of Melbourne taken from the Batman Avenue bridge about 15 minutes into the total eclipse phase. Federation Square in the middleground is the heart of the city and sits on top of the urban rail network. Melbourne‘s urban population is 4.9 million people with ever increasing light pollution to contend with.”
