From the photographer: “This stunning panorama in northern skies was recorded on the night of June 13/14 2015 from the astronomy viewpoint in El Jable (El Paso council) at the heart La Palma, Canary Islands. The Milky Way hangs over this volcanic area rich in pine trees while a couple embrace and kiss after a night of stargazing. The panoramic picture is stitched from 5 frames.
