Description

From the photographer: “The temple of Segesta in Sicily, illuminated by led lights. It was a disaster! The blue rays, not only over illuminated the temple (here totally white) but also projected a blue cast that seems to overwhelm the Milky Way behind. Led lights are more efficient but, if not used in the proper way, could increase the light pollution threatening the few surviving dark places where it is still possible to enjoy the view of a starry sky.”
