Description

From the photographer: ”
The bright planets Venus and Jupiter shine in the evening sky behind the Kepler memorial in Linz, Austria. Kepler, who formed the fundamental laws of planetary motion, lived and worked in Linz from 1612 until 1624, where he stayed longer than at any other place in his eventful life. Amongst others, he discovered the 3rd of his famous rules of planetary motion and published his work ‘Harmonices Mundi libri V’ during that time.”
