Frozen Lake Aurora

Star trail and the lights of aurora above a frozen lake. As noted by the photographer “I was filming Northern Lights on the frozen lake in Northwest Territories 5am in January 2005. Since the moon was so bright at %87 phase, I could only record dim lights to create motion film from 9 minutes interval. So I put the whole images together to create the star trail image, and the lights showed up nicely as well”.
