Falling Water

Colorful airglow dance over Faux Falls near Moab, Utah. The colors are both coming from oxygen in our atmosphere, green from the lower elevations, and purple/red from the higher ones, although both look colorless and very faint to the eyes.

This is 10 images stacked for noise reduction using Starry Landscape Stacker. Canon 5d Mark 4 Rokinon 24 mm f 1.8 ISO 6400 20 second exposures.
