A photo composite of multiple exposures. From the photographer: “These complications called Kalout. these Kalouts located in, one of the warmest places of the world, Lut Desert. A wide area in Lut desert covered with these Kalouts of different sizes. The height differs from a few meters to a few tens of meters. Kalouts are natural and made of compacted soil. They are the result of soil erosion by wind over thousands of years.
This photo is a self portrait; to estimating the scales, you can find me with about 180 cm height in picture.”

Technical details:
I used stacking for noise reduction on sky, then merging it to the foreground. diffused stars are because of partly thin clouds.
