From the photographer: “Just before sunrise, the shadow of the Earth is seen projected onto our atmosphere. As I had camped in the middle of the Salar de Uyuni, I had a 360 degree view of the horizon, despite being amongst the high Andes of Bolivia. This image is a panorama of 6 images, covering an angle of about 200 degrees.”
