Distorted Moonrise

The full moon rises in a photo sequence from Lofoten Islands. From the photographer: “There’s a tiny bit of darkening visible due to the penumbral eclipse. The atmospheric distortion on the moon was pretty cool. The mountains in the image are part of the Norwegian mainland, some 100 km from Lofoten.”
