Dark Nights

A night at North Caucasus region in 1990s when financial difficulties in former Soviet Union did not allow for much energy use and many lights on streets. This helped the photographer to make this image of starry night at the time of a Moonrise. Jupiter and stars of Scorpius and Sagittarius, shine above a single house light in the region.
