Crescent Moon, Pleiades and Mercury

From the photographer: “The last couple of days were a bit rainy in Patras. I had in my plans to capture some images of the Moon-Mercury conjunction, although the weather conditions made me to change my mind, until yesterday evening. I left the house in order to go and buy a ticket for the bus, when I suddenly saw a gap between the cloud close to the horizon. I didn’t think it twice and I went to the port to have a try. It was almost night time, but thankfully, I managed to capture this image where except the Moon and Mercury conjunction, I also captured the star cluster of Pleiades or Seven  Sisters.
