Comet 2024 G3 Atlas at Dawn

From the photographer: “I started looking for Comet C/2024 G3 Atlas and yesterday, while reviewing some photographs using a small telephoto lens, I found a small white diffuse spot below Mercury at dawn, and indeed it was the new comet. Today, I looked for it again using a 600mm telephoto lens and I could see how it appeared over the horizon and blended with the color of the sunrise.”
