Description

The northern hemisphere’s winter stars rise above Mesa Arch in the Canyonlands National Park of Utah, United States. The region preserves a colorful landscape eroded into countless canyons, mesas and buttes by rivers. Prominent constellation Orion rise just above the giant natural arch while on the left side the twin bright stars of Gemini are visible. The “V” shape of Taurus, the Bull’s head, is above Orion, and bright star Capella is to the upper left edge.

    Aaron,
Thanks so much for your kind comment. The parks of east Utah are magnificent places to view and photograph the night sky and Canyonlands is among the best of them.
